MIXING AND MASTERING SERVICES

Hi my name is David Forlano. I’m a musician, composer, engineer and producer and had my music placed on the hit TV shows Siesta Key and Married to Medicine to name a few.

Through these TV placements, my music has aired on several networks including MTV, Bravo, Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime Video. Because of this, people not only across the United States have heard my music, but around the world in countries like Mexico, United Kingdom and Brazil.
 
Three years ago, I didn’t have these placements, nor did I have the ability or skill to mix and master my own music. I struggled with getting the mix of my songs to sound even close to industry standard, so I sent my music to several online mixing and mastering services. Now tell me if this sounds familiar? After submitting my song files, someone would get back to me in a few days with a finished product, I gave them a few notes for revisions, they sent me a new file the next day, I would give my final notes and receive the finished product.
 
When sending my notes back and forth, I found that the way I described things, such as how the high hats were too overpowering, or the tone of the kick drum needed to sound deeper, was interpreted differently by the sound engineers and the song never sounded the way I imagined in my head. That experience left me disappointed and frustrated, so I studied even harder to mix and master my own music better and the first thing I did was make the music that I sent to these sites, sound better than the final product they gave me. I’ve been there and it wasn’t a great experience. I want to help you get your music to sound the way YOU want it to sound. To do that, I provide a personal touch where you watch me virtually on Zoom while I mix and master your music in my DAW, live! In addition, we will be able to talk to each other during the session to make live edits, just like a studio session. I utilize a plugin from Audio Movers so the sound you hear during the session is high quality premium audio directly from my Digital Audio Workstation! (not Zoom audio)
